For over 25 years, I’ve supported entrepreneurs and professionals to navigate the sometimes overwhelming (and often unnecessarily complicated) world of marketing and sales. (I know! "How can she have done this for over 25 years when she is clearly still so young?" you ask. Oh, you're too kind!)

My Journey: Resilience & Real-World Lessons

My journey started from a university grad in the Canadian prairies, cold calling from the Yellow Pages and fumbling through early sales calls. I quickly discovered that in the real world, sales skills aren't just theorythey're survival. That realization, and building businesses up six times—specifically: three maternity leaves during my media sales years, founding Boost Strategic Coaching which I've been building for the past decade, cofounding an international non-profit, and even accidentally starting a niche apparel company one night over wine with a friend (ask me about that sometime!)—all taught me resilience firsthand.

Along the way, I personally felt the frustration of:

  • Great work not translating into referrals.

  • My discomfort around "salesy" tactics.

  • The critical need for a strong personal brand and network.

I knew there had to be an authentic way to "do sales." So, I invested in learning from the best, dedicating myself to understanding what truly leads to long-term success.
